Shipping rates to Vietnam

The EU low-value import changes effective 1 July 2026 apply customs charges to eligible goods consignments valued up to EUR 150.

• Wex Kargo adds a USD 3.50 customs charge per distinct declared HS code to freight.
• The total depends on the number of distinct HS codes. Three codes: 3 × 3.50 = USD 10.50. Multiple products with the same code do not increase the code count.
• Wex Kargo introduced this rule on 30 June 2026 at 00:00. It applies per HS code to eligible EU-bound shipments created from that time.
• For smooth customs clearance, declare descriptions, HS codes, origin, quantities and values fully and accurately.

Dear customers,

For US shipments, applicable duties and customs charges are added to freight; the sender’s payable amount is calculated during shipment creation. There is no single flat rate: declared value, origin (country of manufacture), US HTS code and current tariffs determine it. The basic ad valorem calculation is “customs value × applicable rate”; additional duties and processing fees may apply. Parcel dimensions alone cannot determine duty. Enter product name, quantity, unit value, origin and HTS code in the next step to see the calculation. Final assessment depends on customs.

• Wex goods shipments to the US require prepaid duties (DDP). The first quote is freight; duties are calculated from completed product details and added separately.
• Food, dietary supplements, cosmetics and other FDA-regulated products can require product-specific import documents. Amazon FBA and other platform requirements must also be checked.
• For foods covered by FSVP, an appropriate FSVP importer and FDA-accepted UFI/DUNS identification can be required. FSVP/DUNS is not a blanket requirement for all parcels or cosmetics.
• Missing documents may stop processing and lead to customs delays, returns, duties or other costs. Confirm product-specific requirements with our operations team before dispatch.
